The Preserve · Neighborhood 03
Bayberry
Traditional 24-foot townhomes with front-load garages, split into two sub-phases (Bayberry E: 4 buildings / 19 homes; Bayberry W: 26 buildings / 116 homes) for 135 homes total. 44% of the plan is end units, an unusually high ratio for townhome product and the reason Bayberry feels like a boutique neighborhood rather than a long wall of side-by-side doors.

Part of The Preserve
Bayberry is one of three neighborhoods within The Preserve, a 110-acre master-planned community on Highway 31 in North Myrtle Beach.
Overview
A townhome plan where 44% of the homes are end units
Bayberry is 30 buildings and 135 homes — intentionally the smallest of The Preserve's three neighborhoods. The design move that makes it feel different from a typical townhome project is the unit mix: 60 of the 135 homes (44%) are end units. Most townhome plans cap around 20 to 30%. Shorter buildings, more corner-facing windows, and more front-porch street presence per block.
The neighborhood is planned in two sub-phases — Bayberry E and Bayberry W.
